If you’re a Taco Bell Mexican Pizza fan, you have to give this recipe a try! My husband says I ruined Taco Bell for him because these pizzas are so much fresher. These Mexican pizzas have the perfect amount of crunch. The salsa and melted cheese topped with chunks of tomatoes and green onion add to the flavorful goodness each bite offers. Get your tastebuds ready for this one..

I start this recipe by making my own Taco Bell fire sauce. This fire sauce adds the perfect amount of heat and really completes this dish

Gather the ingredients and make the Taco Bell ground beef seasoning, so it’s ready when needed

Preheat oven to 350 and brush 8 tortillas with olive oil (my cookie sheet fits 6, so I did in separate batches)

Heat until just golden brown (about 5 minutes on each side). Pop any air bubbles that form with a toothpick, so the tortillas are as flat as possible for easier assembly

While the tortillas are in the oven, add ground beef and a thin layer of water to a pan and brown the meat

When the meat is browned, mix in seasoning and cook on low for about 5 minutes or until water is gone

Remove crispy tortillas from oven. Add cheese and meat to bottom half of all four Mexican pizzas

Sprinkle cheese on top of meat as well, so the cheese can adhere to the tortilla while baking

Press top tortilla firmly down

Spread Pace Picante sauce on top

Add cheese, diced tomatoes, and green onions

Bake at 350 until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes

Cut each pizza into four slices, top with fire sauce, and enjoy!
